Experience:

Ritesh has more than a decade of experience in direct tax advisory and litigation.

He has advised clients on multiple aspects of domestic and international taxation and has handled large multinationals across various sectors. He has assisted Senior Counsels in representing tax controversies across various forums right up to the Supreme Court of India.

Ritesh has also advised and successfully represented clients on areas relating to Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition Act, Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Amendment Act and other allied laws.

Ritesh has been a visiting tax professor at HR College of Commerce and Economics.

Ritesh is a Chartered Accountant.
